Hi All What I learned my first year in business  is that I don't need Vendor in my store, I really think that's what hurt my sales. When you have Vendor's you can't control what there were bring in or when there change it or some would not give discounts.. That's what I was finding and it was to me a really problem. So the second year when we did it alone we only get better and our customers were glad the other vendors left because there did not have what there were looking for. You live and learn is the retail game.

At that point I started to work with Al at the Landscaping business one of our customers owned an Antique Barn with multi vendors and she asked me to work for her, which I did for 16 years. The owners sold the business and the new owners take over, which I worked for 2 years and hated it and how the barn was changing and not for the better. So we build the barn on the farm and started our own business, and that was 5 year ago. We buy 90% of our stock in the United States and we so enjoy the hunt. We have met so many great people along
